Pregnancy Yoga classes Monday & Wednesday evenings are ongoing with either 4 week blocks of classes or drop in classes available.

Friday morning classes are run intermittently over the year depending on the interest at the time, theses classes are usually ran over 3 week blocks.

'Mums to be' can join anytime after their first trimester right up to their due time and beyond!

If you decide to commit to a block of 4 weeks and miss a class you can  make up that class by taking another one within the 4 week block you paid for.
If however you have commited to a block of 4 weeks it is not possible to carry missed classes over into the next 4 week block or another type of Yoga class.

Your welcome to try a class first and pay as a drop in.

You can go to a different morning or evening class from week to week if it suits you better as long as prior notice is given to check there is a place for you.

Wear comfortable clothing so you can move & stretch with ease.

Ideally, it’s preferable not to eat before a class, but if you have too, have something light like a banana, dates, nuts, or cereal bar.

If you have your own yoga mat please bring it along, otherwise i'd have enough mats for everyone

If coming to Pregnancy Yoga could you bring to class the pregnancy registration form & a pillow or cushion to make you really comfortable during the floor work and relaxation.

Mum & baba Yoga

These classes are run on a drop in basis only and we're very lucky to run them by donation thanks to the Cheshire House Smile.

Usually Mums with baba's are between 6weeks to around 8 months.

Please contact us before you set off to check this class is running.

If coming to Mum & baby Yoga could you bring to class the Postnatal registration form & a cushion for your baby or a blanket.
